課程概述

在性別平等的實踐上，長期以來北歐各國遙遙領先世界其餘地區國家。晚近跨國長程研究更顯示，北歐性別平等觀念及政策與永續社會息息相關。本課程擬介紹北歐相關理論與制度，引領學生進行深度思考，並身體力行從事北歐觀念與制度的台灣轉化。

課程目標

1. 帶領學生從理論、制度和生活面了解北歐如何實踐兩性平等。
2. 透過小組討論，以及公共論壇、公共事務參與，推動北歐觀念與制度的台灣轉化，從中實習北歐模式制度的形塑過程，並體現北歐兩性平等。

課程要求

有鑑於北歐理念與制度不易理解，學生不得缺席，且應積極參與討論及實習/實踐活動。此外，學期最初三周學生必須連續出席，才能被接受修習此課程。學期成績計算方式：
1. Portfolio (學期中相關研究、閱讀、觀察、討論、思考之紀錄，於學期末繳交)：60-70%
2. 參與（小組討論與實習�實踐行動的小組與個人表現）：30-40%
3. 出席情況：第一週至第三週必須持續出席，其後可以請事假、病假最多各一次，其餘每缺課一次扣學期總成績一分（特殊情況另行商議，但不包含公假）。
